• All rates and villa details are subject to change without notice.
• IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pricing provided by MakeItNigeria in foreign currency has been provided purely as a means of estimating the services in foreign currency equivalent. Since all our costs are incurred in Nigerian local currency, the expectation is that the guest can pay for services in any major currency of choice provided the payment is adjusted to reflect the current exchange rate in effect at time of payment.
•  For customers paying electronically, please note that Paypal do charge a transaction fee for online payments (typically less than 3% of amount charged) and as such, the transaction fees assessed by Paypal shall be deducted from guest’s deposit to be refunded upon checkout.
• Both the Estate Villa Rental and Car Hire Service requires a refundable reservation confirmation deposit upfront.  Deposits from guests that do not honor their confirmed reservations will not be refunded.
• For our Chauffeur-Driven Car Hire Services, customers are responsible for the cost of petrol fuel during rental.
• After the complimentary diesel fuel for the standby generator, Guest is responsible for subsequent fueling at all properties.  Pricing for the following properties already include the cost of diesel fuel for the standby generator: Haastade Suites, Hermitage Gardens Resort, Precinct Comfort, Contemporary Apartments and Ultimate Suites.

PEAK PERIODS

• Peak Periods where applicable apply to bookings that fall in between the following dates:
  • APRIL 1 through August 31
  • DECEMBER 15 through JANUARY 15

NOTES ABOUT THE CAR HIRE SERVICE

• At the quoted car hire rates, the guest is responsible for fuel for the duration of the rental.
• To help mitigate associated risks and incremental costs of night crawling, MakeItNigeria charges customers using the service beyond 8:30PM an additional NIGHT CRAWLER SURCHARGE per hour. Therefore, the standard rental fees charged for the car and chauffeur ends at 8:30PM daily.  Each hour the guest uses the vehicle beyond 8:30PM will attract an incremental NIGHT CRAWLER SURCHARGE (See our price list for the fee charged).
• The car will be available for the guest's use during reasonable hours of each day.
• MakeItNigeria prides itself in making all feasible attempts to assure the safety and comfort of our customers. We will make every attempt to assure the safety, comfort and confidentiality for duration of your stay and/or rental.
• The rates quoted assumes the car will be used primarily in the Lagos Metropolis.   Use outside the Lagos Metropolis will incur extra charges.  See our price list above.
